It started as an athlete
As a collegiate athlete, I trained hard, competed at a high level, and trusted supplements to support my performance and recovery. Like most athletes, I assumed that if something was on the shelf, it worked. Over time, I learned that wasn't always true — and that gap between promise and reality is what drove everything that came next.
The industry had a problem
