Cancellation policy

Some of our products are available as subscriptions. This policy explains how to change or cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You pay for your first order at checkout. After that, your payment method is charged on each order date at your subscription price, and your order ships.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account at glassnutrition.com/apps/subscriptions or by emailing us at support@glassnutrition.com. If you're charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, contact us right away. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

There is no minimum number of orders. See our Refund policy for returns and refunds.
