Works great. Breaking plateaus and looking a lot bigger. I have gained around 3.5 lbs from when I started taking it a few weeks ago. If you are trying to lift heavier and look bigger, I 1000% recommend. Not to mention its the cleanest stuff you can get on the market at an unreal price.
